It also has an extensive variety of ice-creams, beverages, and snacks The cafeteria has a hygienic surrounding and it is well maintained by qualified staff. It is environment friendly. Food is served in biodegradable plates & cups. It makes use of local produced vegetables and food material thereby supporting the local market. The bio degradable waste is used to create compost and water is recycled after proper treatment. It is a green canteen with features like natural lighting, low flowing water faucets.


The term of the members of the Committee is two years


The committee shall meet at least twice in a semester.


To call for the tenders from the vendors to run and maintain the canteen

To fix the menu and their price

To enhance the price after a stipulated period.

To check the quality of the food, portability of water provided by the vendor as per the agreement

Periodical check on cleanliness, quantity of food supplied

To demand hygienic conditions in and around the canteen

To obtain feedback from the canteen users and to take remedial measures in case of grievance
